Having defeated 16 of the world’s best teams at the legendary Spodekarena in Katowice, Poland, and finishing with a score of 2-0 in thebest-of-three Grand Finals match against another BenQ-sponsored team, Ninjas inPyjamas, the team brought home the gold and $100,000 of the massive $250,000community funded prize pool as the best team in Counter-Strike: GlobalOffensive. The Grand Finals match was witnessed by thousands of fans fromaround the world and Virtus.Pro enjoyed thunder-loud cheers and applauses fromthe crowd as they visited BenQ’s IEM booth.
